Impact started as a passion project and belief that every car deserves flawless wheels free of curb rash and other defects. We are founded by two friends; Josh Velasquez and Jose Valencia out of West Sacramento, CA. Jose is an experienced wheel technician with over 10+ years of fabrication and wheel reconditioning experience. Josh handles business operations including sales and customer service.
